Going into week 2. For me the first week is a struggle. If I get past the third day without giving up completely it is a miracle. I do be fine now but I know there will be moments. he main thing is to understand the process and roll with the punches, slipups, and life events. I got this!

If you don't quit, you won't fail! When those moments come along, there is no reason to give them any power. WE control our destiny. Not no stinkin food!!
The only reason I was finally able to get the weight off was because this time...I didn't quit. No matter how badly I messed up. All my lifelong history of diets always ended because I quit. Not because I reached my goal. I finally learned the magic of not quitting.
