You have done many diets. Have you combined Atkins with Cambridge? Sole sourcing is still faster weight loss is it not?

Like many, I lost about 15 lbs and was stuck there. I ended up with gout and had to stop. Then I found Cambridge again! While I believe in the low carb lifestyle, I do not follow Atkins or any specific plan. I avoid all grain and sugars including fruit and high carb veg. I now encourage my clients to stick with healthy non-seed oil fats like olive or avocado oil, butter, or animal fats with healthy protein for any added food. No snacking. Just your Cambridge and one small meal if needed.

More then half of my clients over the years have had weight loss surgeries. With sleeve you will lose some of the weight, but you will still have to deal with the exact same issues you have now and less then 5% keep it off. They regain it all within 3 years. You have to ask yourself if it is worth it. Maybe it is, but it is major surgery and the size of your stomach is not the problem. Your body chemistry and your metabolic disease is the problem. Those can be corrected without surgery
