Hi All, I haven't been on the board for a very long time. I've had countless Day 1s and then by Day 3 I fall off the Cambridge wagon and then of course the support board wagon. Each time this happens the time frame for me to try again,abd start over, gets longer and longer. So I am here again, and tomorrow I am starting Sole Source. 5 to 6 days out of the week, I will do sole source, strictly Cambridge One day a week, I will have a healthy lunch, lean protein and lots of veggies ( every Thursday at work we take the residents out to lunch so every Thursday I will have Cambridge for breakfast and dinner and then my healthy meal at lunch. The reason I said 5 to 6 days of SS is because I can commit to 5 definite days a week of SS, the 6th day will be my Thursday lunch and my 7th day will either be a SS day or a one meal day. If it's a week where I have nothing going on, no events. Then I will do 6 days of SS, if I have an event, I will do 5. If that makes sense. 4 weeks ago to almost the day, I,gave up drinking sweet tea, the first week was rough but now I dony even miss it. I realize I'm babbling, so I'll shut up now ha ha. Wish me luck tomorrow and I'll check in with guys tomorrow. Diane

Giving up sweet tea is no joke! I've had lots of customers over the years who have said it was the hardest of all habits to break. Coming from the west coast, no one drinks sweet tea. Now that I am in the South I see it everywhere. When I saw how people make it I was Shocked! I've never seen so much sugar! lol!Your body will thank you.
