I am focused and hoping to continue on the "good foot"! I ordered a heck of a lot of clothes for the Fall. So, I had better stay on Cambridge until I get to my goal or else there goes a lot of money!!
I am boxing now with the trainer because I am trying to tighten up my "bat wings". It's hard to hit that bag, but I'm getting use to it.
Just keep going, everyone!! You can get there if you keep trying!
Keep up the good work. I am taking a little leave due to medication from surgery. Nausea kicked in from antibiotic.You amaze me with the strenuous workouts you do while sole sourcing. Go Rocky Balboa!
It IS amazing TO ME, TOO!! I don’t know if the workouts are that strenuous; however, it lasts for an hour with the trainer. I feel excellent afterwards.
I have so much energy now.
My clothes are fitting better. Numbers don’t lie, but the scale does! So I just keep trying on my clothes and seeing how they fit. The numbers on the scale play tricks with my mind and motivation every time I weigh. So, consequently, I don’t weigh! . It’s working!
