Feels... Posted by Sonali on 11/5/2019, 1:56 pm So... I've had a cup of ginger/mint tea and 1 shake (strawberry/eggnog with cinnamon powder)so far. It's early still (almost 11a in CA) and I am busy at work but I am not focused... I am thinking about food, my upcoming trip, food, my bday, food, the upcoming holidays, food, unworn smaller clothes, food, my spoiled cat and FOOD! Just wanted to vent and share my current frustration... I will NOT deter from my plan. Three weeks looks far on my calendar but it's literally around the corner. I've got this? Yes, I've got this!

I appreciate you coming here to express your feels. I hope you were able to get through the remainder of the day successfully. You have some fun events coming up and you want to feel your best. You are on the right track and the good choices you make today are the ones you will thank yourself for tomorrow.
