Guys! I think I found our replacement for Cambridge! Posted by Pam T on 11/8/2019, 8:15 pm I have had so many people asking me if I have found a replacement for Cambridge. Guess what? I think I have! Even more incredible, this is directly from Dr Howard himself! Yes, the same Dr Howard that developed Cambridge. When the company split in to two, the UK Cambridge and the USA Cambridge, Dr Howard continued on with his research and the UK Cambridge became a world wide company while we remained with the original version. Many of you may have already seen the UK Cambridge site and the huge variety of flavors and products they have. Because we were a much smaller company and because the owner never wanted to do anything to promote or grow, we stayed stuck. 20 years ago, one of the original distributors with Cambridge met with Dr Howard. He was not happy with the direction the USA Cambridge was going and agreed to ship the improved UK Cambridge products to the States under the name of Dr Howard's Success Weight Loss Program. I remember hearing about it and looked in to it, but the shipping charges were huge and it was just too expensive. Dr Howard eventually gave them the formulation and they began manufacturing here. So today I get an email from this person. She had just heard about our company closing and wanted to reach out to me and to please call her. I did. We had a wonderful conversation and we are going to be working on a plan for me to get on board. Not sure yet what form that will take, but she has been running this entire thing basically by herself and has not been able to grow like she wants. Their product line up is amazing! They are currently working on some new flavors that are expected to be on the site this coming week, as well as regular inventory. I think you guys are going to be interested in this possibility. She is sending me some samples and I should have them next week. They are a little more expensive due to higher quality ingredients and packaging (individual servings packets to preserve nutrients) but still affordable. " I am not sure about the drinks I have samples from here I haven't tried yet but I ordered the nutrition bars different varieties and they were not good. It could be me. I also tried they had a meal replacement not too good. I had come across another company which seems to be interesting. It is protifoods.com. If I try it I will let you know. I was looking for some back ups when I run out of cambridge.

I have not received my samples yet and I was very hopeful this would work for everyone. What was it about the bars you didn't like?

This is a very unexpected development. I will be interested to try the samples. I don't see this replacing my lost income, but I'm more concerned with finding something to keep everyone going. As my late Dad would say, "One monkey don't stop the show!" Who would have ever known about this Cambridge entrepreneuse, unless the US operation were closing?!!! I tell you, Pam, serendipity (and God) is such a wonderful thing. The link is not working. But I will find it online. I'll keep my fingers crossed for your success!

And they are not even all on the site. Plus she has the mousse mix that the UK has always had and I have been asking our Cambridge for forever. There are some unknowns still, but I am feeling optimistic about this. She told me had she known about Cambridge USA closing she would have made a much bigger run on this current production. She just barely found out and it was quit a shock.

I KNEW that Dr. Alan Howard would not let his awesome research go down in flames because some American corporate decision chose to discontinue his product. I saw that variety on the site. It is AWESOME!! Aside from the variety, just to know that Cambridge LIVES ON has given me much solace.
