SLIPPED, but I am still in the race Posted by Yvonne on 1/16/2020, 9:24 am Yesterday, was a terrible day for me. (Day #3). I went berserk and ate everything. I guess the stressors of the hospital and dealing with the contractors who don't do what they say they are going to do. Anyway, today, I am getting back on the horse and not worrying about what happened yesterday. I'm still keeping February 8th as my weigh-in day. Life is not perfect. I just need to adapt and KEEP GOING!!

This year has not gotten off to a great start for a lot of us I guess. No matter, we can still take control of our choices so that's a good thing! Chaos may be swirling all around us, but it doesn't feed us. We can at least work to control that part of our life.

I am is sales and I play this song called Invincible by Carrie Underwood every morning. Look at the lyrics while it plays. It is very inspiring for any situation.
