Another Saturday night... Posted by Yvonne on 2/22/2020, 10:34 pm Sam Cooke's old song applies to me tonight. I'm glad to see that Pam is back. I keep falling and getting up. Today, was a very good day. But, all I need is to have a string of these days going forward. Posting on this Board forces me to be accountable for my actions. I am so grateful that it is still here. I'm familiar with that old Sam Cooke song and I'm also familiar with that "ain't got nobody" feeling. Sure hope you're feeling better. Like Ann I'm looking forward to Spring. I have more down days and out of control eating days during the colder weather. Spring and the warmer weather helps my weight loss effort.
