One week down Posted by Yvonne on 3/3/2020, 12:10 pm Hi everyone: I have one week sole sourcing and I am feeling GREAT!!! Springtime is coming and I can get out of the house a bit more. I have become a robot. Cambridge in the morning, walk---no lunch and then dinner (Cambridge again) with some soothing tea. That's it. It's not the food, it's the mind. Hang in there folks!!

Do you drink coffee? I'm having some difficulty giving up creamer in my coffee. I do love a good cup of warm decaffeinated green tea.

Two servings Posted by Yvonne on 3/4/2020, 6:10 pm, in reply to "Re: One week down" I split the four servings of Cambridge into 2 in the morning and 2 at night (Original Rich Chocolate). I am too busy during the day and I look forward to having the remainder of my Cambridge sole source when I get home. Then I plop into bed. I don't drink coffee, but I do love my tea with Coffeemate creamer (yeah, baby). Only 10 calories per liquid container. I'm NOT giving up my Coffeemate!!
