If, at first.... Posted by Yvonne on 4/2/2020, 11:06 am Well, I crashed and burned over the last few days. I couldn't get my footing. I am using this Support Board as a journal, expressing my feelings, my failures and hopefully my successes. This morning, I feel much better about moving forward and finally really that all-so-elusive goal. I just had my shake and I am putting one foot in front of the other. I plan to adhere to the program NO MATTER WHAT!! We shall see.
