My Day #3 Posted by Jean W on 4/3/2020, 10:30 pm Well, I'll just say it wasn't a good day for me or my eating plan. I woke up this morning and all seemed well. I had a shake for breakfast and lunch. Then as the day wore on, I didn't even try. What happened? Nothing to do except get back to it tomorrow.

I didn't intend to use any emojis with my message and I see 14 little faces. I hope they are smiley faces at least. Are they smiling? (not really sure). If they're not smiling, please excuse my clumsy fingers.
