Here I am. The "Prodigal Daughter" Posted by Pam T on 4/28/2020, 3:12 pm I got a letter today from a kind friend that gently reminded me I have a lovely group of people I have been missing. Without going in to details, the past few months (really...all of 2020) have been intense and I basically have been in survival mode. I'm sorry that I have let you all down by not being here to contribute. But today's a new day. Glad to be back

When you have those rough patches you just to have to hang on for 8 seconds. Ok ladies. Spring is in the air and it is a time for new beginnings. So far been able to SS for 3 days. Since the quarantine began I have lost 15 pounds from cutting back but ready to get back in the game. I pray for all of us to be safe and get healthy. This bad boy virus attacks the obese big time which is a great concern. Here we go. Good luck girls.

All I've been hearing about is people gaining weight during stay at home orders. Well done! Those with metabolic diseases are most vulnerable, that's for certain. I can't think of better motivation to stick to a weight loss plan and to do everything possible to lower insulin and support the body in healing.

It has been a person lifesaver of mine. I hope all is well with you and your family. I started an incentive challenge with the board and I hope I am not violating any rules since it involves money. Please let me otherwise. Just want to give myself a push and it seems these kind of things help me out.

You are free to do anything you like to support yourself and others on here. I am just a member now so as long as everyone is kind and supportive of whatever weight loss plan we each choose to follow, that's all that matters. We are each on our own journey.

Pam: We need new rules then if that is not the case because I am already getting excited. I just came back from walking. Sonali, I wasn't going until you said you were going out to walk.
