Day #19 - 13 more days to go!! Posted by Yvonne on 5/19/2020, 5:09 pm Well, folks: I've got my "second wind"!! I felt so lonely out here by myself without any feedback and then today I felt renewed by the possibility that I may not alone after all. Any way: Stationary bike - 10.3 miles Joannie Greggains - 12-minute Super stomachs 4-minute workout Breakfast shake: I didn't want to walk but I got my fat butt up and went to the park. I didn't walk as far or as long as I usually do, but I am proud of myself for just overcoming the laziness and getting out there. So, I am back on the horse and I am trotting to the finish line on June 1st. I once thought that I would be galloping, but stuff happens.

I don't think my bottom could take it. I'm excited! My pool has gotten up to 80! I was so said to think I had had my last swim this past year not knowing it was and that we would be moving. I will dearly miss my pool! It's heating up and it looks like I will be getting in this week! Yay!! I'll at least have up to the end of June to swim and get my favorite exercise. One thing I've noticed during this quarantine is that everyone suddenly seems to have bikes in our neighborhood. It's like a bike parade outside my widow each day, all day! That and very worn out dogs taking their people outside for a walk. lol! Your motivation is inspiring!

If you had as large a butt as I do, you would know that 10 miles is nothing. I believe the secret to my academic success is my butt!!! I could sit for hours and hours on end reading textbooks while others had to get up because their bottoms hurt from sitting so long. I have a naturally built-in cushion. Did you get the new house that you wanted? I hope you did.
