Day #22 - Only 10 days to go!! Posted by Yvonne on 5/22/2020, 4:44 pm Good morning, everyone: This is the day normally everyone would be hitting the road and heading out to the beaches for Memorial Day. Well, it's not "normal" anymore and we are stuck here at home. My car had been in the driveway so long that I needed to call AAA to have a boost for the battery. The battery died for want of the car being driven. Anyway, same day stuff. Nothing exciting. I did ride my bicycle for 10 miles and so far sticking to my weight loss program today. Have a lovely weekend everyone.

One of you posts made me chuckle when I read about your meeting. The phrase "dull as a used butter knife" was the thing that cracked me up. I've been to too many of those meetings in my life. It's been a stressful month for me too. I'll spare everyone the details. My diet has really suffered. I hope everyone enjoys the long weekend.

I try to attain perfection each day and most times I fall short. But, that doesn’t mean that I stop trying. Sonali posted today and she’s still in it. So, I need to keep going. Whatever happens on June 1, I know that without this May challenge I would have gained even more weight.
