1 week before JULY! Posted by Sonali on 6/24/2020, 11:39 am How's everyone doing? I've been busy working 7 days! Keeping busy with my walks. This week, I've been walking 15k steps! BUT I've been more hungry than ever and been eating! Maybe the walks and water intake have helped me not gained weight because I don't feel that I've lost. I've been a little off lately and with lower back pain (and anxiety) so I started going to the chiropractor and LOVE it. Tomorrow I am going for acupuncture to treat my anxiety and looking forward to it. It's my first time and can't wait to RELAX since I haven't been able to get a massage these past several months. Hope all is well with everyone else.
