I have some leftover Cambridge so here I go, 3 shakes and 1 green meal daily...committing to the rest of August, except the 25th which is our 41st wedding anniversary. It will take a year to lose the weight that I need to lose. My goal weight is 135 Pounds. I am 5 feet 2 tall. I have a long road ahead on this weight loss journey and need help to stay on track.
