Day 1... 298.8 Posted by Sonali on 8/11/2020, 12:31 pm Here I go... I've been "distracted" yet again and this morning when I saw the numbers I knew I had to get a reality check. I've vowed before that I would never see 300 on the scale and I am sticking to it! Here goes day one of "the Sonali" way! Wish me luck. Good day everyone.

The first day, the first week can be very hard but after the first week it WILL get easier. Whatever you do to lose the weight I know once you get started you are a force! Let's Go!
