Day 8 - 78 Days to go for Challenge Posted by MaryL on 8/17/2020, 10:45 am Well I am amazed that I made it through week 1 without giving up! It really helps me to journal what I eat and document my ups and downs. This week I have a lot of internal work to do AND a lot of work to do around the house. I am going to try to do 2 shakes today and one ketogenic meal. Everyone have a good day.
