Day 8 77 Days to End OF Challenge. Posted by MaryL on 8/18/2020, 12:07 pm I did not do at all well yesterday- It would have been better to categorize it as a "free" day. While I didn't eat with wild abandon it was as if I had very little control and I ate an abundance of carbs- including pancakes. I am a comfort eater some things on the news( voter suppression and election interference) set me off!!!!!! Today I am taking it a minutes at a time. I plan to can a few tomatoes. Everyone have a good day.
