Here we go!! Posted by Yvonne on 10/3/2020, 11:18 am Good morning, folks: I just came back from the gym. I plan to follow Cambridge or any intermittent fasting mode from now until Halloween. Sonali, keep pushing!! As I said before, after October 31st, it is a slippery slope to New Year's and more weight gain. We CAN DO THIS!! Mike, can you hear us? Jump on board, my friend.

On October 1st, I weighed 203.4 pounds. Today is my fifth day on sole source and I’m glad you posted because I was getting a little weak. I don’t have any documentation of my starting weight. If that is okay with you, then let’s proceed to Halloween to see how much weight we can lose. $100 sounds reasonable. Thanks, I really needed your post today. WE CAN DO THIS!!!
