I have been walking and completing 10k steps for 3 day straight and my water intake is about 3-4 liters daily BUT my food intake is out of control! With the world series (baseball) and my family being Dodgers fans, we have been watching the games and everyone is bringing over trays and trays of junk food. We had dodger dogs last night... I could have had 3-4 but only had ONE and of course, helped myself with all the other finger foods. It's not easy but I am trying everyday.
