I guess everyone has thrown in the towel.

But, I haven’t!!

Holidays are fast approaching and it’s going to be tough, but I know we can at least maintain.

Whatever happened to Pam?

Does anybody know?

Sadly, it's just us. I check daily and since no one is active, it doesn't encourage me to post at all. I am still here and still trying!

This can be our own private support group.

Folks have a short half-life when it comes to losing weight.

However, as long as this Board exists, I'll still be posting.
