I just want to share Ive found something that is working for me. Very simple. If interested,check out the "Eat Like A Bear" FB group. No products to buy. Eat real food! Anyone who can do Cambridge can be really successful with this way of eating. I've lost 40 lbs and have 50 more to go. Good luck!
