Marty -- looks good. I would eliminate the bathroom design topic, personally, as I think this is where we have the least control (lobbying effort to design different bathrooms? I think that's unlikely to happen) but love the idea of finding ways to conquer this problem by working together. How would this be put together? I wish NY area folks would at least try to get together to see if we could all help each other through your idea of desensitization. Well, good work so far. I hope it goes farther!
