hi i have just read yr letter with great interest.I have an 11 year old son who is autistic and he started refusing to use the toilet about three years ago.He started off being constipated and wouldnt go for days.Now we have to make him go and he will only use the toilet at home which results in him messing his pants.I have tried everything from doctors to phsychologist to no avail.I thought i was the only one going through this. Did you ever get the help you needed?I would appeciate any info thanks.
