hi. that sounds horrible for him. i'm guessing he gets ALOT of pain with that as well? there was one girl who posted on the board a while back but i don't know if her posts are still on the board. she would often go a long while (maybe two weeks) without defecating and then go big time.

has your son tried cbt? (cognitive behavioural therapy). is his not going linked with being inhibited to go when other people are around?
