This message board always cheers me up when I'm feeling down about my problem. I never really thought about it even until I had an office job I hated last year, which combined with other issues, incuding cutting out most exercise because of excessive worry over a back problem, gave me too much time too think and I began to realise that I found it pretty much impossible, due to anxiety, to take a dump in the office loos due to all the too-ing and fro-ing. I've read the posts on this board fo a while now but I was actually inspired to write one myself because I found Hilary's so inspirational, I often think I'd love to be an officer in the navy but I can't believe i'd be able to manage in it with my issue, so thankyou for giving me some hope Hilary.
