i think u got me wrong. maybe i didn't phrase it clearly enough. of course the problem exists in germany as anywhere else (apart from the jungle)..i meant it doesn't SEEM to exist as there is simply no name for this condition in germany, like shy bowel, parcopresis etc. in english. who knows..in any case parcopresis does get mentioned in the english media but in germany i think it is something unheard of - as yet anyway. undoubtedly people still suffer from it you're right of course. at least i have never come across one nor have i encountered any mentioning of this condition in the media.
also i looked around on the web (as you do) and have not found any condition that even describes any of the "symptoms" of parcopresis, on german websites that is.
so that's why i wrote it doesn't seem to exist. maybe the german health sector simply hasn't got round to recognize it as a condition and therefore hasn't given it a name yet?
i hope i have made myself clear(er) this time.
