the one day shy bowel workshop is definitely going ahead in Bristol, England on Saturday 28th April 2007. if you're thinking of coming but not got round to writing to me, and you would also like to have your own room with en suite bathroom to have as a 'safe' place (and stay overnight on the friday or saturday evening), please get in touch soon, as the rooms will get booked up, the nearer we get to the workshop date. the workshop will not be large in terms of numbers of people attending (12 maximum); it will be supportive, informative, and it could help you with your recovery. (many of the techniques have been borrowed - and where necessary, adapted - from the very successful shy bladder workshops the uk paruresis trust run in england.)

cost of en suite room: £58 per night (regardless of whether single, double or twin)
