Yes, my girlfriend knows about my parcopresis. So do my three daughters and their boyfriends.
Lately I told an old friend (know him about 50 years) about it. He was not surprised. 'You always was very buzzy with things about pooping, he said. A cousin of me reacted the same way. And my brother, who died a half year ago, said: 'Pooping is your hang-up'.
They never heard about parcopresis, but they all felt my obsession with toilet-fobia. I learned of that. People around you know more about you than you think they do.
Perhaps it is the best for you to start your 'coming-out' by a woman. Women mostly have more understanding for emotional things. It is just an advice!
