i feel much comfort here on this message board, thought i was getting depressed 2 nights ago when my bf was visiting as i was full in my gut. i was fed up with myself for obsessing and worrying about my bowels.
If the guts are full and wants to go why wont it come out??? maybe there is more gas stuck in there that makes it feel full and little poops, i hate with distain thin, soft poos/ i rather have a hard dry round one, its cleaner and at least the colon isnt sticky. is thin still constipation??
