This is very true. I was given an enema and was scared to have to us their bathroom, but you are hurting so bad it really didn't bother you. As for the delivery, again you are hurting and pushing and you don't even realize it if you do poop on the table. Because you have so much pressure you wouldn't know if it was the baby or poop. Don't worry about it, just try to enjoy the moment.
