I think the same way as you both!...i keep thinking theyre judging me ...or standing out there with a watch timing me. i am trying soooo hard to not let my fear take over what i know is true. They arent timing you. As for being nervous inside the bathroom with others in there too...my doctor said something very helpful.
"it's a bathroom. Its not like you're all in there having tea and talking, and you are the only one who decided to use the tearoom as a toilet. they are in there for the same reasons"

i felt sooo comforted by this. but i sometimes forget that comfort feeling and go back to my fears. im trying harder and harder to remember.
