Grrrrr. I know!! How stupid. That's how I feel anyway. Life is ebbing away because I can't just get over something that most people find 'normal'! What exactly makes it so difficult to cope with do you think?....is it the thought of what people are thinking, is it deep-seated anxiety from childhood, is it the 'noises' [oh god-help-me], 'smell'(embarrassment at just the words on the screen
