First off, write your post anyway you want, I followed it fine - I know it is an absolute emotional brain dump when you write these and it was a natural way to follow your thoughts. Second, I used to go through school without peeing as well, until one time in grade 5, I peed my pants in class and that was more embarrassing than peeing in the washroom so from then on I used the bathroom! It was a rather disastrous cure, but it worked - not that I'd recommend anyone embarrass themselves to death, as embarrassment seems to be part of this problem.
