Wow, I also have the same problem with my friend often inviting me to stay with them in the caravan! It's so embarassing, and I end up with cramps and gurgling noises. I can manage for just a weekend away (although it is uncomfortable), but he keeps asking me away for longer periods of time, like a week or two weeks. I desperately want to go but I know that I won't be able to go to the toilet and I'll end up making myself ill. It's so frustrating!
