Fear of flushing toilets

My impression of this site is that most people fear going to the loo while others are around. My phobia is in a way the opposite. When I go to the toilet, I feel extremely uncomfortable if noone else is around. Meaning, in my house I obviously don't have a problem with it but public urination turns into a mixture of claustrophobia and toilet phobia at once. Now I surely don't suffer from claustophobia anywhere else, so I find it rather odd that I can't urinate in public restrooms when I'm alone. The thing that scares me the most is looking at the toilets. Sometimes I enter the cubicle and simply have to make my escape before I can start thinking of urinating. This is an obstacle that I always have to overcome and I always worry about going somewhere far away from home. Does anyone feel the same way, I wonder..
