I have just discovered this site and am so happy to find others who are like me :o)
I have had an issue with going to the loo ever since I can remember. However, the problem became a big issue whilst at University whilst using shared bathrooms.
I discovered the only way I could go was with laxatives and suppositories.
Now as a result, even when at home alone I can't go without the aid of a suppository and am severely constipated and in pain if I don't use laxatives.
I told the doctor about my phobia and she suggested an increase in fruit and veg etc...
Any ideas on how to undo the damage of using laxatives and suppositories for years?
Thanks :o) x x x
