I have the exact same thing with "bunged up" ..I am currently living with my father and brother, and weird thing is i only find my brother disturbing about my "toilet need", dad is a little disturbing too but not really much, not at all affecting my life about it....However when i am with my mom, she has the same effect on me as my brother... (parents are divorced)

When i go for relatives in holidays etc, to stay with for a while, i find it quite iritating and hard to "do" also...

But as bunged up says, i almost have no problem with public wc's...I don't care if it's dirty or not...

But as far as i figured it out, this comes from how much you know someone...If s/he is very close to you, it makes things harder; if the people are just unknown to you, you simply don't mind it and take your time in toilets.

By the way, as a "moderate" sufferer of this syndrome, i am really glad to find this useful website and thank all the people sharing their opinions and experiences with each other..
