When I was a kid, I used to have to take my glasses OFF when I went #2. Until just a few years ago, I also had to plug my ears and be reading something. I was able to let go of those last two things. But I still have a very hard time going anywhere but in my own apartment.

BTW I also have the issue about needing to have my glasses on to hear on the telephone...so nice to know there are others out there like me!
