Oh yes, I suffer that too in the absence of "private time" for sure. In fact if I don't get any alone time in the morning, then Bang, it is no overstatement to say my whole day is ruined :-( It's a major problem for me in my life. Whilst I can put up with the bloating, though it's not nice of course, it kind of shakes my confidence mentally and I will kind of withdraw for the day, and just hope I can get through it without unavoidable social contact. BTW, after reading most of the postings here, I would say I am a fairly typical parcopresis sufferer, have been for a while, and a 'severe' case at that too. Whilst I 'manage' it, it's Very hard and makes a big impact on my life, and unfortunately on my wife and our fam (though they don't know what it is, I keep it secret!). Anyhow, hope the response, if not directly of help, at least lets you know you are not the only one. Hope you get more 'comfortable' in the living arrangement front. Cheers. |
