First of all like all u said, Iím glad to know that Iím not the only one suffering. Thx god Iím not alone. Donít remember for how long it has been. The problem is I canít go away from my house due to panic attacks. Didnít go to college, nor work away, didnít sit in a car with people, donít go to watch a movie, donít go on vacations..the list is endless. Life is subjected to house only, life looks like miserable and want to end it as early as possible.
One day I thought lets face the problem. It works most of timeÖÖ
1. Keep your diet healthyÖ. If you donít eat unhealthy , its like 40% job done.
2. I notice that If I go alone outside my home , there r less chances of panic attacks., or you can go with your most trusted friend/partner.
3. I try not to eat when Iím at work/party. This require lots of patience. If u didnít eat much, nothing will go inside ur stomach and as a result nothing will go out. Simple. I only eat 2-3 biscuits when I go outside.
4. You have to be courageous, unashamed. Donít know how to spell. Go outside ur home thinking that today Iíll poo outside like our ancestors do. Donít care wht people think, react. Its our lifeówe will do whtever it will take to live. You will find that nothing will happen to you.
I study various books, done X-rays, go to doctors but no result. You have to face on ur own, no easy way out. Iím young, handsome, athletic 27 years old, possess all the good qualities, I hope all of u have some great abilities, and u always think if u donít have this problem, uíll rock the world like nobody has ever does.
Its been 3 months Iíve been visiting this website, but write today only because of timelimit and shyness. There will be other like me who daily visit this site but didnít write anything. I request all of u to share their experiences and their solutions so that we unitely handle/overcome this problem.
