First of all like all u said, I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one suffering. Thx god I’m not alone. Don’t remember for how long it has been. The problem is I can’t go away from my house due to panic attacks. Didn’t go to college, nor work away, didn’t sit in a car with people, don’t go to watch a movie, don’t go on vacations..the list is endless. Life is subjected to house only, life looks like miserable and want to end it as early as possible.
One day I thought lets face the problem. It works most of time……
1. Keep your diet healthy…. If you don’t eat unhealthy , its like 40% job done.
2. I notice that If I go alone outside my home , there r less chances of panic attacks., or you can go with your most trusted friend/partner.
3. I try not to eat when I’m at work/party. This require lots of patience. If u didn’t eat much, nothing will go inside ur stomach and as a result nothing will go out. Simple. I only eat 2-3 biscuits when I go outside.
4. You have to be courageous, unashamed. Don’t know how to spell. Go outside ur home thinking that today I’ll poo outside like our ancestors do. Don’t care wht people think, react. Its our life—we will do whtever it will take to live. You will find that nothing will happen to you.
I study various books, done X-rays, go to doctors but no result. You have to face on ur own, no easy way out. I’m young, handsome, athletic 27 years old, possess all the good qualities, I hope all of u have some great abilities, and u always think if u don’t have this problem, u’ll rock the world like nobody has ever does.
Its been 3 months I’ve been visiting this website, but write today only because of timelimit and shyness. There will be other like me who daily visit this site but didn’t write anything. I request all of u to share their experiences and their solutions so that we unitely handle/overcome this problem.
