I have had this problem for years (im now 22) and I only just today finally decided to search in google to see if anything comes up. And in a way im happy that I did as I found this site!

I finished university last year and it was an absolute nightmare trying to plan everything you do around when and how you can go to the toilet (i didnt have an en suit bathroom). The only place where I can freely (ish) go is at my parents house (even if they are in the house). If they have guests however I cant.

Soon Ill be moving in with my boyfriend and the closer that date comes the more I get scared He doesnt know about this and Im really scared about telling him as Im quite shy (Im sure he will understand me if I tell him, I just dont have the guts (no punt intended) to do it). Anyone have any suggestions?
