ive been given diazipan but not tried them as advised they are only good for short term as you said, ive since had 3 sessions of hypnotherpy which dont appear to have helped which cost me £180 today i was supposed to go back to work but was teary and worried for past few days and had a panic attack on the way, now booked in to see a doc for the 4th time about it and a colonic tomorrow, hopefully this will work! any suggestions to help really appriciated! xx
