Just to say that i find with this site that i'm not alone in the world.
I tried to find information about my problem, but without success along few years... since 1998.
I read the posts, but i don't found yet a cure. Anyone knows medical specialist about this problem?

Sugestion: why not sell the book online on an estore or on a ondemand service.
