thanks for your post. reading some of what you wrote about work toilets, i kinda wonder if shy bowel is as much about the modern environments (only one restroom for 30 people, not enough privacy etc) as it is about a social anxiety disorder.

i think for myself, i need to get out of the city and into the countryside. better still, transport me back a few hundred thousand years to a more 'primitive' time and i'd be fine!
