Thank you guys I like the toilets in places like coffee shops the best - those where there tend to be a unisex, disabled toilet that everyone uses as they're so much more private! I think we need to start a nationwide campaign for better public toilet facilities so that we, like others, can enjoy going for meals, days out, etc. I have to go for a posh meal far from home soon and I'm dreading it, all because of my erratic stomach and worrying that I'll get the runs while I'm there and not have a nice toilet to use!
