I'm sorry to be graphic, but I'm sure if I were a bit more relaxed about going I wouldn't have such an upset stomach. And if I didn't have such an upset stomach, then I'd be able to go more quickly, more discreetly (ie less noise and smell) and therefore be more relaxed about going and the situation would start to improve itself instead of making itself worse. (At the mo I always have an upset stomach, so I worry about being away from home or in company, so that makes my stomach more upset, so I worry more, etc.)
Forgetting the practicalities of meeting people online and explaining where you met, etc, as well as possible safety issues for a moment, does anyone else think that having a real life mate with parcopresis would help them to deal with their own?
