I have the same problem only I have yet to be diagnosed with either. I have all the symptoms of both, and I'm convinced I do.

I cannot go out with my boyfriend because we'll start going on the bus somewhere and I am constantly needing to get off to use the restroom, or won't even both going knowing I could get stuck somewhere without a restroom.

I also cannot poop at my boyfriend's house and I am moving in...I plan on only staying a few days, then a few at my moms, and maybe holding it, that's how bad this gets, and I don't know what to do.

I get the diarrhea when it's warm outside or when I am walking around a lot. Or bathroom after literally anything and everything I eat, just minutes after.
