Hi everyone! I found this site a long time ago but am making my first post now. I can relate to all your horrific situations and my heart goes out to all of you. One thing that has helped me is that if I know I'm going to be out all day I will perform an enema in the morning before I leave and I am worry-free for the rest of the day. I am able to go at home even with my hubby around, but when I do the enema I do need some privacy since I make LOTS of noise initially when everything comes out! Yeah, you can have a good chuckle at my last comment! Love to all!
